SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the USA via USPS Priority Mail. We typically ship within 1-2 business days after orders are received. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery via USPS Priority Mail.
Please take into consideration Maui’s location in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Even if the USPS shipping notice says 3-Day Priority, shipments to the West Coast usually take 3 days; deliveries to other parts of the country may take up to 7 days.
*DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON PLEASE EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO SHIP WITHIN 4 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE. USING FEDEX FOR SHIPPING MAY INCREASE THE DELIVERY SPEED BUT WILL NOT SPEED UP OUR ORDER PROCESSING TIME*
Our products leave our store sealed and in flawless condition. Although it's rare, products can be damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact us at aloha@mauisfinestgifts.com.
RETURNS
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied every time we connect.
In the event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will accept your return of any item within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in unused and undamaged condition.

Please note that you are responsible to pay for return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error. If you would like us to send you a pre-paid return label, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return. If the return is a result of our error, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
