Made with organic soy wax, our candles do not emit the harmful gases produced by paraffin candles, making them suitable for people with sensitivities to many candle scents. Many of our fragrances contain essential oils known for their mood-lifting properties and potential benefits to wellbeing. We use fragrance oils that are free from phthalates, carcinogens, mutagens and reproductive, acute and organ toxins. They are also Prop65 compliant.

Since 2020, we have been crafting our candles on Maui. Our name, “Haleakala Candle Co.” honors Haleakala, Maui’s dormant volcano, and our emblem, the Silversword plant, symbolizes the unique beauty of Haleakala.
